I have a saying, “I am aware therefore I must.” This doesn’t always mean physical action, it could also be; “I am aware of new information and therefore must reconsider how I think/feel about *insert subject here*.”
If you have a habit that you want to change or implement, the first step is becoming aware. So now you are aware you want to make a change; are you aware of what motivates you to perform?
